Rois Ni Thuama PhD – GRC Expert
Dr Roisin Ni Thuama is a Doctor of Law, a governance and risk management expert, and a co-author of NATO’s Cybersecurity Training Manual. Rois brings deep strategic insight to global debates on cyber governance, resilience, and emerging threats. She has advised the U.S. Department of Defense, the UK Parliament, and major corporates worldwide on aligning security practices with legal and fiduciary obligations.
Recognising a critical gap between cybersecurity, law, and business decision-making, she created the RAPID-T risk management model — a modern, actionable model that enables boards and leadership teams to make faster, better, and more legally defensible decisions in today’s complex risk environment.
Her work spans the UK, EU, and USA, covering cybersecurity governance, AI risk, and enterprise resilience. Rois is passionate about building smarter frameworks that empower organisations not just to survive — but to lead — in the digital age.

Kathleen Moriarty – Supply Chain Expert
Award-winning security leader and former CTO of the Center for Internet Security (CIS), Kathleen Moriarty defined and led CIS’s technology strategy and authored Transforming Information Security.
Founder of Security BiaS, she is a technology strategist and board advisor with 25+ years helping companies lead through disruption.
An Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University’s SCS, she teaches corporate courses in Security Architecture and Architecting for the SMB Market. Previously in Dell EMC’s Office of the CTO, she served two terms as IETF Security Area Director and IESG member.
She sits on program and advisory committees for RSA, mWISE, IETF, SCORED, and Sevco, and received Georgetown’s 2020 Tropaia Award for Outstanding Faculty.

Ian Dyson CBE QPM DL – Cybersecurity and Risk Expert
Strategic Advisor, Cybersecurity Leader, Former Commissioner, City of London Police, Ian Dyson began his distinguished policing career with the Metropolitan Police in 1983. Over nearly four decades of service, he rose through the ranks to become Commissioner of the City of London Police, retiring in 2022 after 38 years of public service.
Dyson is widely recognised for his operational leadership and strategic vision. He was a public order commander for 11 years, overseeing major events including 18 Notting Hill Carnivals. In 2008, he joined Surrey Police as Assistant Chief Constable, where he was instrumental in improving neighbourhood policing and achieving some of the highest public confidence levels in the UK.
Appointed Commander at the City of London Police in 2010, Dyson became the national policing lead for Economic Crime, and later led national programmes for Contact Management and the 101 non-emergency number. Promoted to Assistant Commissioner, he spearheaded major organisational change and performance improvements across the force.
As Commissioner from 2016, he guided the force through critical incidents—including the 2017 and 2019 London Bridge terror attacks—while expanding its national remit to include Cyber Crime, Financial Investigations, and Business Crime.
Since retiring, Dyson has continued to shape the security landscape. He serves as an Advisor to BT Group, Chair of the Chartered Security Professionals Registration Authority, and Trustee of the Worshipful Company of Security Professionals Charitable Trust. In 2024, he joined the Board of the Global Cyber Alliance, a non-profit he helped establish in partnership with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the Center for Internet Security.

Ian Thornton-Trump – CISO
Ian Thornton-Trump, CD is best known as the lead specialist witness in the SolarWinds class action, where his documented advice – given and ignored – proved pivotal and helped a pension-fund class recover losses after the cyberattack.
An ITIL-certified security leader with 30 years’ experience, Ian served in the Canadian Forces (Military Intelligence, 1989–92) and later in the CF Military Police Reserves, retiring as a Public Affairs Officer in 2013. He worked with the RCMP as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst before moving into cybersecurity roles across insurance, banking, and healthcare.
Former CISO of Cyjax, Ian is now CISO at Inversion6, leading UK/EU growth in fractional CISO services and advanced security solutions. He builds security operations, delivers vCISO programs, and designs pragmatic threat-intelligence capabilities for SMEs and global enterprises alike.

James Greaves – Honourary Advisor
James is a highly respected leader with a proven track record in political, operational, and training domains. A serving officer in the British Army, he brings experience from the front line to the front bench — having led soldiers on operations, advised government at the highest levels, and supported moments of national significance, including the funerals of HRH Prince Philip and Her late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
His career spans multinational deployments, complex planning environments, and executive leadership across command and training. He currently serves in the Army’s Collective Training Group, where he designs and delivers cutting-edge Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training to prepare today’s forces for tomorrow’s challenges.
James specialises in risk — not just managing it but mastering it. Whether advising on mission-critical operations or helping commercial leaders navigate uncertainty, he brings clarity and composure where it’s needed most.
Beyond the Army, James actively advises CEOs of high-growth civilian businesses — including three founded by fellow veterans. In these roles, he offers honest, empathic, and non-judgemental mentorship, combining strategic insight with moral support. He also supports his regimental charity, The Colonel’s Fund, and is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Ironmongers.
James is an Honorary Leadership Advisor with the Global CFO Network, a Fellow of the Westminster Abbey Institute, and an associate member of both the Forward Institute and the Chief of Staff Association.

Paul Briault – Head of Business Development
Paul began his career in the UK Cabinet Office during the Blair government, leading the work on Digital Identity and Cyber Security policy. His impact in Whitehall meant he was soon noticed and this led to a move into the private sector, where he was enticed to join enterprise vendors and service providers and went on to drive significant revenue growth with high-performing sales teams.
A specialist business development and sales leader with 23+ years in high-tech and security, Paul has helped organisations achieve rapid growth across new and existing markets. Over the last eight years he has partnered with startups and scaleups in executive, advisory, and sales leadership roles—shaping market positioning, go-to-market strategies, and disciplined sales execution.
Recognised as a subject-matter expert in the security industry, Paul is well known and respected across global enterprises and the public sector, with deep experience throughout the UK and EMEA. Passionate about social selling and modern sales tooling, he helps organisations embrace innovation, engage their audiences, and deliver durable, defensible growth. Paul also contributed his considerable expertise to the OpenID Foundation (OIDF), serving as Global Membership Director.

Dr Susan Martin – Insider Threat Expert
Susan Martin is a solicitor and principal of her own Dublin City practice, recognised for clear advice and practical, client-focused solutions. A legal ethicist, she has authored several academic works, including a seminal book on court procedure, and frequently contributes articles and reviews to legal journals.
A council member of the Law Society of Ireland, she serves on committees and speaks in Ireland and abroad on topics including anti-money laundering and compliance.
Beyond civilian practice, she is a Commandant in the Reserve Defence Forces (Military Police) and teaches at the Military College of the Irish Defence Forces. Martin’s doctoral research examined insider threats in law firms, setting out far-reaching recommendations for the legal sector and the public at large.

Terry Wilson – Consultant
Terry Wilson’s extensive career in law enforcement, cybercrime prevention, and strategic leadershipSpans over 40 years. As an Advisor & Innovator he continues to influence global cyber security strategies and resilience.
Working with the Global Cyber Alliance (2017-2024) he led partnerships across 33 countries, advancing global cyber resilience at the highest levels of government & industry.
Prior to that, with the Metropolitan Police Service, Terry provided leadership in cybercrime, including the Flying Squad and Police Central e-Crime Unit. He directed UK’s response to serious cybercrime, leading to 550+ arrests and £1B+ in harm reduction and fostered partnerships with law enforcement across Europe, North America, and Oceania.
Terry’s strategic leadership shaped UK’s national cyber security strategy, including the National Cyber Security Centre and he led cyber policing for a secure digital environment during the London 2012 Olympic Games.
