We do not collect personal data through any other part of this website. Browsing the site does not require you to provide any personal data.

Our lawful basis for processing

Where you contact us with an enquiry, we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR. Our legitimate interest is in responding to enquiries about our services and maintaining a reasonable record of business correspondence. We consider this to be within your reasonable expectations, since you have chosen to contact us, and it involves only the information you have chosen to send.

Where an enquiry leads to discussions about engaging us, we may process your data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b).

Where you have opted in to receive marketing from us, we process your data on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@rtconsulting.ltd.

05How we store your data

Messages sent to us are received and held in our business email accounts, which are provided by Microsoft as part of our Microsoft 365 subscription. Enquiry data is not stored on this website or its web server.

We retain enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted unless we are required to keep it for legal or regulatory reasons, or it forms part of a live client engagement.

06Sharing your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

We do use service providers who process data on our behalf and under our instructions. For enquiry correspondence this is Microsoft, which provides our business email through Microsoft 365. Our website is hosted by Ionos.

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

07Our use of cookies

This website uses only the essential cookies required for it to function.

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not use analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics.
• We do not use Google reCAPTCHA or any similar service.

Because we set no cookies that require consent, this website does not display a cookie consent banner. We will update this notice, and introduce a consent mechanism, if that position changes.

• Request deletion

• Receive your data in a portable format, where applicable
