Rois is a doctor of law who brings deep strategic insight to global debates on cyber governance, resilience and emerging threats. She has advised the U.S. Department of Defense, the UK Parliament and major corporates worldwide on aligning security practices with legal and fiduciary obligations.
Recognising a critical gap between cybersecurity, law and business decision-making, she created the RAPID-T risk management framework — a modern, actionable model that enables boards and leadership teams to make faster, better and more legally defensible decisions in complex risk environments.
Her work spans the UK, EU and USA, covering cybersecurity governance, AI risk and enterprise resilience. She focuses on building frameworks that enable organisations not just to withstand disruption, but to lead through it.

Mary Frantz – Engineering & Cyber Risk Leader | Expert Witness
Mary is a senior engineering and cybersecurity leader operating at the intersection of complex systems, legal accountability and large-scale incident response. She has served as acting CISO, CTO and CIO across Fortune 100 firms and high-growth AI companies, and has led investigations and provided expert testimony in some of the most significant global data breaches, including Marriott, Equifax and Capital One.
Her work spans enterprise architecture, cyber incident response, forensic investigation and regulatory compliance, with aparticular focus on how systems fail and how those failures are examined by regulators, courts and governments.
Mary is regularly engaged where technical reality, legal scrutiny and executive accountability converge.

Kathleen Moriarty – Supply Chain Expert | Award-winning security leader | former CTO
Award-winning security leader and former CTO of the Center for Internet Security (CIS), Kathleen Moriarty defined and led CIS’s technology strategy and authored Transforming Information Security.
Founder of Security BiaS, she is a technology strategist and board advisor with 25+ years helping companies lead through disruption.
An Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University’s SCS, she teaches corporate courses in Security Architecture and Architecting for the SMB Market. Previously in Dell EMC’s Office of the CTO, she served two terms as IETF Security Area Director and IESG member.
She sits on program and advisory committees for RSA, mWISE, IETF, SCORED, and Sevco, and received Georgetown’s 2020 Tropaia Award for Outstanding Faculty.

Ian Dyson CBE QPM DL – Strategic Advisor | Former Commissioner, City of London Police | National Lead, Economic Crime
Ian Dyson MBE QPM DL is a senior law enforcement leader with nearly four decades of experience in policing, national security and economic crime. He served as Commissioner of the City of London Police, the UK’s national policing lead for economic and cyber-related crime, and has led major operational and organisational programmes at force and national level.
He is widely recognised for his operational leadership under pressure and his ability to deliver large-scale organisational change. His career includes command of major public order operations, national leadership roles in economic crime and contact management, and oversight of complex investigations and policing responses to critical incidents, including the London Bridge terror attacks.
Ian’s work focuses on strengthening institutional capability, improving performance under scrutiny and aligning operational policing with emerging threats across cyber crime, financial investigation and business crime.
He is currently engaged as a strategic advisor to major organisations including BT Group, and holds leadership roles across the security profession, including Chair of the Chartered Security Professionals Registration Authority and Board member of the Global Cyber Alliance.

Ian Thornton-Trump – Cyber Threat Intelligence Leader | Former CISO | Military Intelligence & Law Enforcement Background
Ian Thornton-Trump, CD is best known as the lead specialist witness in the SolarWinds class action, where his documented advice – given and ignored – proved pivotal and helped a pension-fund class recover losses after the cyberattack.
An ITIL-certified security leader with 30 years’ experience, Ian served in the Canadian Forces (Military Intelligence, 1989–92) and later in the CF Military Police Reserves, retiring as a Public Affairs Officer in 2013. He worked with the RCMP as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst before moving into cybersecurity roles across insurance, banking, and healthcare.
Former CISO of Cyjax, Ian is now CISO at Inversion6, leading UK/EU growth in fractional CISO services and advanced security solutions. He builds security operations, delivers vCISO programs, and designs pragmatic threat-intelligence capabilities for SMEs and global enterprises alike.

James Greaves – Honorary Advisor | British Army Officer | Operational Leadership & Risk Specialist
James is a serving officer in the British Army with experience spanning operational command, government advisory roles and advanced military training. He has led soldiers on deployment, supported decision-making at the highest levels of government and contributed to moments of national significance, including the funerals of HRH Prince Philip and Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
His work spans multinational operations, complex planning environments and executive-level training. He currently serves within the Army’s Collective Training Group, where he designs and delivers Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC)training to prepare forces for high-risk, uncertain and rapidly evolving environments.
James specialises in decision-making under pressure and the practical application of risk in real-world settings. He works with both military and commercial leaders to bring clarity, structure, and composure to complex situations where the consequences of failure are immediate and material.
He also advises CEOs of high-growth businesses, including ventures founded by fellow veterans, providing strategic guidance alongside trusted, independent counsel.
